• Bostik Marine 940A is a slower skin (30 to 45 minutes) version of 940 Fast Set (15 to 20 minutes).
• Formulated to withstand harsh marine environments and has a longer open-time which allows for longer working times, especially on larger applications; this marine product is UV resistant (non-yellowing), sandable and paintable.
• Combines the adhesion/mechanical properties of a urethane, plus the flexibility and UV resistance of a silicone.
• Exhibits superior adhesion to porous and nonporous surfaces in most applications without the use of a primer, a feature not typically found in a traditional adhesive/sealant.
• Bostik® Marine 940A adhesive/sealant does not in-gas and has outstanding high and low temperature resistance.
