The BC Series Flex-Hone tool is designed for use on any type or size of cylinder from 4mm up to 3" in diameter. Designed for surface finishing and cross hole deburring in brake cylinders, wheel cylinders, hydraulics, pneumatics and valve guides.
• BC 8MM (.315") 180SC FLEX-HONEThe BC8M18 FLEX-HONE® tool for surface finishing and deburring is designed for bore sizes between 0.277" and 0.315". Featuring 2.00" of abrasive globules which are composed of 180 grit Silicon Carbide (SC). Excellent for Mild steel, stainless steel, cast iron and other softer ferrous materials. 180 grit generally provides an Ra Finish range of 30 - 40 Microinch (.7 - 1 Micrometer).
