• Hand sanding just got a big power boost with the introduction of the Big-Block® from Motor Guard. Available in two lengths; 6-1/2” (BG6-1) and 12” (BG12-1), the Big-Block® is designed for use with 2-3/4” PSA rolls or standard sheets of abrasive paper.

The unique design features three layers of engineered materials that permit just the right degree of flexibility to ensure even pressure over the large, flat sanding surface while eliminating heat transfer to the hand. Large flat or slightly curved panels can be blocked in a fraction of the time.
• A strong and comfortable grip is the key to the Big-Block®’s power. The exclusive, rounded top edge provides comfort while the soft center layer provides a finger recess for a super-strong grip. Flip the block over and the rounded edges can be used to power sand contours and recesses without the pressure points that come from sharp corners.
